M2 and S3d Machine Control

I had something strange happen today. I believe my USB hub failed, which made me unable to connect to my M2...When I finally figured out what it was, I changed out my hub...

I'm now able to connect to my M2 via S3D using their Machine Control Panel, however I cannot control the M2! I cannot do anything...I tried Octoprint, and I seem to be able to connect and control the printer that way...but I needed to use S3D because my long print stopped when using Octoprint....So I plan to print from the SD Card in the printer, but now I am unable to tell S3D to start my print from SD...

Has anyone had this behavior before? I tried reinstalling S3D, but it didn't fix it...
