Its hard to tell because you pic is fuzzy when i zoom in but it appears you are still too far away. Forget the measurements. Tighten the gap until your extrusions on the bed get flatter and wider. The edges should just touch each other.

Are you talking about the Z-end stop gap or the Z-offset adjustment?

I reset the Z-endstop and G-code and re-balanced the plate. Now I am back to square one and the print smashes all over the plate when I tried to cal. I swear to you I am doing everything right as far as procedural goes and I am taking my time to do this.

It might be worth noting that the left side of my bed ALWAYS has a .05mm larger gap then the right side of the bed is set to .15mm.

No matter what I do, the left side of the bed has a bigger gap than the right. I've tried three different methods of bed balancing and set the Z-end stop perfectly TWICE.

Is my bed warped?

you bed isn't warped. occasionally you will find the bed is tighter gap in the center as if the glass was thicker BUT if yours is tighter on one side than the other then you simply don't have it leveled right. you have to get it level first then set the z endstop. remember to set all your offsets to zero and your first layer height needs to be set to 100%. again you keep telling us that the gap is set to .15mm and again ill say that you need to forget all that. if its smooshing the extrusions so they are super flat and wide then you need to open the gap up with the z endstop. if you extrusions are round then you need to tighten the gap up with the endstop. also, no one can tell anything looking at a birdsnest of filament pic taken on an angle. print the first layer or a few side by side extrusion, stop the print, remove the plare and take a clear closeup pic so we can see how the extrusions are laying down on the plate

OK, I just performed the bed leveling and then set the Z-end stop. Be advised that when I set the Z-end stop with the extruder and bed hot, I could not get the feeler gauge to feel resistance on the left OR right side of the bed at Z-home.

Apply a coat of glue stick to your bed.

Yes from what i can tell the extrusions look ok assuming i am looking at the skirt and that is the 1st layer. If so then just like jsc said, you will need some adhesive. Glue stick or hairspray
