After you open the ticket, you should receive a confirmation email within a few minutes. If you do not receive the confirmation email, please check your spam folder before contacting us. If you do not receive a response from our support person within 8 business hours (normally the response time is much shorter), please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org as we likely did not receive the ticket for some reason.
