Hey guys,

So I got my 3D printer last week, I printed the samples no problem. I also printed some spare parts, and now printing one of my own designs.

In the video you can hear that there's a vibration noise while it's printing the first few layers. This noise doesn't occur during the infill print.
It also makes the noise when doing the round outside edge. Any ideas what this is and how I can fix it, cause I'm sure it can't be good?

The noise is either coming from the steppers/rails or bed. The clips on the bed do go over pretty tightly, and the print itself is sticking properly to the bed.
Though i'm scared that these vibrations, which can be felt will ruin prints in the future.

Anyone have similar experience or idea on what to look out for?

Might be fan vibration - they can get pretty loud. Try a couple of things......

Run a print at a slower speed with the fan on...3600 mm/minute.

Try a print with the fan off - just for the first few layers, to see if you hear it as badly.

If not, try taking the fan guard off of the bed fan - you'll get about an 80% reduction in fan noise. The only thing you have to remember is not to accidentally stick something in the blades when it's running. (The fans are annoyingly loud.)

I'm not sure though - try checking all of your connections to make sure that they are nice and snug - it also sounds like a rubbing vibration, but i can't tell.
