Smear/Dribbles Cause?

I just re-leveled the bed per Jules recommendation. In the past weeks, I have notice an intermittent smearing/dribbling of filament when the extruder travels to another position. It is usually at the start of a print. Is this something that I am doing to cause this or is it a normal variant?

You've got the prints extending far enough towards the front that they might be getting into the wipe zone. (Yeah you can see that sometimes.) It might be a little leftover drool from running a bit too hot on the extruder temp as well.
Use the tweezers to remove as much of the glob that builds up on the nozzle during the purge as you can - it knocks most of that drooling effect down.
