Moving from 110V to 220V

Post by nirfriedman » Sat Dec 10, 2016 9:37 pm

Hi,

I am about to (finally) get my overseas shipment that contains also my M2. Any idea how to switch the power to 220V (I am now in Israel). I have a 24V M2 (bought summer 2015).

Thanks!

Nir

There should be a switch on the side of the power supply box that lets you choose the correct voltage. Send an email to customer support to find out if there is anything else you need to do.

That's all you have to do. I run my M2s off of 220v.

Curious why you would run the M2 on 220v over the standard 110?

Because 5 of them blew the shared breaker, so my landlord at my office pulled me a set of 220 lines. :)
