MIC6/PEI - ABS Not Sticking

I suddenly had the need to print a printer part in ABS. I had scuffed the pei with a green scrubby per insta's recommendation. Tonight I wiped the pei down with some isopropyl alcohol. I am printing ABS at 220C with the bed at 95C. It won't adhere to the bed. I checked the Z starting height and made sure it is fairly tight with the feeler gauge.

Any ideas to try? Do I need an abs slurry?

I found that using a fine grade sand paper works a little bit better than a scrubby....it gives it more tooth and doesn't affect the print surface. If you have any in the 1000 grit range give that a try. :)

220 is the finest I have. I will take a trip to the home depot tomorrow and get some 1000 grit.

By the way, I have decided to print the part in PETG at 240/90 and it is adhering to the MIC6/PEI bed very well. Going to let that run tonight and pickup on the ABS printing tomorrow. It figures my first try printing ABS was going to be a problem.

I don't know about everyone else, but I have a hard time finding fine grade sandpaper at Home Depot/Lowe's. Woodwork never needs anything over 600, so they just don't carry it. Especially in wet/dry. I'd say go to your local Autozone/O'Reily/Pepboys instead. There should be fine grade wet/dry on or near the paint aisle.

I run my bed temp at 110° for ABS, anything lower and I usually have problems with it sticking too. Steel wool works great too for scuffing the PEI.

I chose 95C based on insta's recommendation. I picked up some 1000 grit sand paper and went over the PEI. Wiped with damp cloth and then went over the bed with some IPA. Will up the bed temp and see what happens.

Bumped the bed temp up to 105C and still not sticking. Going to 110C.

Still lacking adhesion at 110C for the bed. I have tried two brands of ABS and neither are sticking.
