SD card reader fail

In the print tap of the quick start app. no g.code file is found. Unplug and plug the SD card and clicking refresh time and time again occasionally found the files. However, printing always fail. When returning to the print page, the files are gone. This seems to be a SD card reader failure. Am I right? Please help.
