Major electrical failure

I was about 10 hours into a 20 hour print, and sparks just shot out of my extruder, from the heating element. The entire print immediately shut down.
My first reaction was shutdown the power supply and to examine the heating element and unplug it. The heating element wires were exposed, and shorted. Upon restarting the power supply, it starts, but nothing on the machine operates. No fans, no arduino, nothing.
My M2 is a workhorse, and is about 80% of my income, I don't even know where to start with this and frankly I'm terrified. What should I do?
