When I run a print it will fail at some point, usually relatively early on in the print, and it will show the error message: "Printer stopped due to errors. Fix the error and use M999 to restart. (Temperature is reset. Set it after restarting)."
I watched the temperature chart and noticed that the extruder temp started falling when the message began appearing, but the bed temp didn't change. So through finding some information on a similar problem in this forum, I tested the connection on the thermistor of the extruder and found that the connection was good according to the forum answer, (needs to be around 100 k-ohms, was at 106 k-ohms).
After discovering this I couldn't find any more information in the thread on other troubleshooting options.
Let me know what options are left for troubleshooting, worst case scenario I believe our printer is still under manufacturer's warranty.
Thanks!
