Hello!
I'm having a problem for the last 2-3 weeks.
It seems that one of the Calibration Screw (I have the table with 3 screws) is lossening after a few hours of continued printing.
In my case, the only one doing that is the right adjustment screw, according to the image below.
Once, it even lossed completely, falling to the ground... When I reached the printed, the table (so the print, too) was completely unaligned.
I've checked if all the components were in place (spring, plastic ring and screw) and everything is fine... the three adjustment screws are the same way...
Any idea about why this is happening and a possible solution?
Than you very much in advance!
Best regards!

Vibrations can make any screw back out.... applying some Loc-tite (Blue/medium) to the screws should fix that.

Great Steve! I was thinking in that, but I dind't know if going ahead or not!
I'll try with that.
Thanks a lot!

If the spring is applying tension to the screw it should not loosen. I do not have that sort of bed on mine, speaking from experience on other machines.

If you haven't already, try tightening all three screws snuggly, then back them off to adjust. If they are already loose the springs will not hold them under tension, allowing them to vibrate out.

It's much more fiddly work, but you can take a page from the Rev. E spider, and drill/tap some grubscrews to pinch the leveling screws once set properly.

I guess the tension of the screw is not enough because of the bed leveling i can reach... that screw should be loose from the beginning causing the spring not to tension too much! But it's the best leveling I can get, so I can't change thatSpotopolis wrote:If you haven't already, try tightening all three screws snuggly, then back them off to adjust. Insta! I'll check what you say. That seems to be a more correct option! Thanks a lot for your answers!
