I'd suspect a bad SD card, because they're prone to bizarre timing failures that depend on which reader you're using. Try another card, ideally a new card you're sure isn't a counterfeit, to see if the problem magically Goes Away.quanghieuci wrote:This seems to be a SD card reader failure

However, the thermistor must be firmly against the nozzle to report the correct temperature. I eventually epoxied it to the nozzle, which is a terrible idea if you must remove the nozzle to clear a clog:

If I were doing that again, I'd make a removable bond with high-temperature silicone gasket compound.
What I eventually did was upgrade to the V4 hot end and never looked back.
