Weird wobble in part of print

Weird wobble in part of print

What would cause the weird looking wobble in the bottom right corner of the print.
Sorry about the photo focus - the table was moving when I took the picture.

I am printing with ABS and a 0.5 nozzle.

You're too close to the bed there. Re-level the bed.
