MG3 IDEX Duplication Mode - extruders hit eachother

Hi Everyone,

I recently received my printer and have tried duplication mode. I have only had one successful attempt, where as in all the other prints (even the same ones) the extruders hit each other during priming? I set up the print on Simplify3D using the makergear provided FFF duplication mode file. I did adjust the temperatures and added a brim but I made sure the object was in the middle of the half sized base. Does any one know why this is happening?
Thanks in advanced!

I had this happen a few times.

I noticed the right hand extruder was trying to draw on the left hand model. Saved it out a few times, tried it on a new model, same thing.

Checked my settings and I had "Choose start point closest to specific location" checked, I looked at what the defaults were in the downloadable profile. Checked "Optimise start points for fastest printing speed", it solved it.

The right hand model was nowhere near the left (tiny models) but I can only assume some sort of bug where it's getting confused with the dual heads. I'm not an expert on this by any means but unchecking that option fixed it.
