M2 Dual (24v Conv) extruders quit heating

Our M2 with dual conversion setup has been flawless since day one. Has the single 24V power supply. Probably 500 hours of successful dual prints. Today the extruders simply won't heat up. The bed heats fine. Checked connections, all seem tight. Tried unplugging, etc. Using S3D....the communication box indicates communication is OK. Anyone have this issue? Fix?
