No printer port to choose from

Working with a M2 in the field. The USB printer port fell off the M2 and had to have a new board sent to me under warranty After I installed the new board in the M2 and turning everything on then going to Simplify 3D there are no printer ports available on the Machine Control screen. I have looked at everything else I can think of and cannot get any option to select a printer port. When I try to hit the connect button it tells me failure to connect. Does anyone have any suggestions? Other than trying a new USB cable I have tried everything I know. Thanks
