Run M3 Printer without using internet use cat 5 cable

I have a slow internet, only one device can run at a time. Want to run the printer completely without internet use hard line connection to my computer. I noticed there is a cat 5 input to the printer to run into my computer. Could uses step by step instruction on the software connection setup, I am running windows 10.
When I run off internet will I still be able to use Octo Print?
