M2 E Max Temp Err

Looking for help on this one. My M2 E starting throwing an error message of "Max Temp" and then shutting down part way thru laying the raft. What do I look for to fix this issue?

None of the plastic laid on the bed looks to be overheated. No sign of over temp other than the err message and the printer shuts down.

Order a new extruder thermistor, install it, recalibrate the initial Z offset, and you're done.
Search the forums for +max +temp (the + signs require the word to appear, as quoted strings don't work the way I expect) and you'll find plenty of discussions, with answers to all of the questions you're about to ask. [grin]
