settings for printing with a larger nozzle

Hi all, I'm having problems with printing large objects with the 0.75 nozzle i recently got. I have been getting very bumpy walls (See attached pic) and I know it is something with my simplify3d settings but I can't pinpoint what it is. I am printing at 900mm/min, extrusion multiplier of 0.95, extrusion width set to auto, retraction speed 6000mm/min, retraction distance 2mm. Any help would be appreciated!
