Used Makergear M2

So i recently purchased an older M2 from a co-worker. He had used it remotely with opctoprint and a raspberry pi. I do not have that capability yet. I am currently in school for additive stuff, and we have maker gear m2's also. We use the sd cards at school and it makes it nice and easy, but the one i bought notcies when the sd card in inserted on the info screen but on the next screen it says no sd card. I cant figure out why it wont read, ive treid three different sd cards. i also decide i would try to hardwire it too my computer but with the attached lcd screen that came with it i cant get the USB-b port under it. The whole LCD screen looks connected to the electrical box.
