Can't connect to wifi M3ID - red light on rpi

Post by sjcw » Sat Jan 05, 2019 5:11 pm

I currently can't seem to connect to the wifi of the M3ID. The network does show up, but I can't open the page due to my browser saying there is no connection. A red light is constantly on on the rpi alongside the usual green light. A quick google check says that this might be because the rpi is not getting enough power. Is there any way to check this and fix it?

Thanks in advance

Upon further investigation it seems that the SD card broke. Going to try to reformat a new one to work in the m3-ID. Tme to sift through the octoprint install guides.

It may be that there is an issue with the Sd card in the PI.
I suggest, first, you try a factor default reset.
Hold the reset button (just to the left of the front USB port)
for at least 60 seconds. This should put the PI back in AP mode.

Sorry for the late response - this has resolved the issue.

Many thanks
