Hello,
I was printing some mode, but things were going wrong...
I decided to check the bed level, and reset the main M3 board.
After that, the symptoms are:
- at boot, the M3 emits only two notes instead of the whole boot set of notes.
- the green led lights on,
- the fan does not start,
- the Octoprint is unable to connect to the M3.

You may want to just Call Tech support, may get your going a Lot faster, this forum is not very active and tech support does not seem to monitor it.
