Z axis drops after spider upgrade

I'm have yet another issue with my Rev D to 4 point spider upgrade.
It doesn't look like Z motor has enough torque to hold new heavier table. Especially if I use MIC6 plate. With plate it drops like a rock as soon as I go high enough. But even without MIC6 it stays up for few minutes and then drops
Should I maybe increase voltage for Z motor? Or maybe there's a firmware setting for this?
