I'm having trouble with the following items:

Hot end doesn't raise above 208.1C and fluctuates per the image below The extruder seems to keep extruding even when nothing is happening

Hot end keeps plugging up (I have 2 and both are doing the same heat and extruding things.

I think I loaded the right fireware update but I'm not sure what to do from here. It was working fine and I got maybe 30 hours on it total but now it is wonky... I'm guessing it is firmware related? (Purchased after April / 1/16 step)

yes if you changes the firmware then its firmware related. which firmware version did you upload? there are 2. a 24v r1 and and r2. i believe you would be an r2. r1 i believe is for a 12v cartridge heater. to be sure just check the resistance of the heater with a voltmeter then install the correct one.

I installed M2Marlinx1619V.zip I have the big box.

If you have a 24V model, 1619 is not correct for you.

as jin said that is not correct firmware. the 19v models like mine have 2 power bricks. you have the large single power supply which makes yours a 24 volt machine.
