Printer won't turn on - How to determine root cause

Printer: M2 (purchased pre-2016)
Serial #: 31115027
I moved my printer to a new location and now can't get it to turn on. When I turn on the power supply, the fan turns on, but no lights turn on on the printer. I also can't connect to the printer via Simplify3d.
I have checked that all the cables and connections are well seated.
Is there any way to determine if the problem is the power supply or something on the printer? Any other suggestions on what I should try?
