Ultra One (U1) USB Stick Not Accessible

Post by jhaupt » Fri Jan 17, 2020 7:18 pm

Hello,

The touch interface for the U1 appears to give the option to load files from USB, so I would guess that I should be able to stick a flash drive into the USB port on the side of the machine and then bring up a gcode files from the "Load File" menu item.

It never recognizes that there are any files on a stick. I've tried formatting the stick as ext4, FAT, and NTFS with the same result. This is all with only a single gcode file on the stick. I've also tried capitalizing the .gcode extension (e.g. "filename.GCODE").

Question mark.

Might try “.g” or “.gco”. Sounds crazy, but all three can denote G-code.
