LCD Controller Extruder Jog Speed

Hello, can anyone point me in the right direction as I am trying to find out how to increase the jog speed for the extruder while using the LCD controller encoder wheel. I'm sure it's in the graphic display code somewhere I just don't know where. I would like to modify the sketch so that it will always feed at 400mm per min when I ask the LCD graphic controller to jog the extruder.
I have three 2014 M2's, two of which have RepRap graphic smart controllers with MG "Marlin_II_With_LCD" (04/04/19) firmware.
