MakerGear M2 LCD Unresponsive Help -

The LCD is non-responsive, but yet using S3D I can see what is on the card (inside of the external controller) and start the print the same as before, except since I bought this to be PC independent, I find this quite frustrating. Is there a quick fix or can I get replaced etc?
