Changed nozzle on T0, when recalibrating, T1 digs into print bed

Post by mgodsey » Tue Apr 21, 2020 4:22 pm

I swapped out my T0 nozzle for a .75 and went through the process to re-calibrate. First step through T0, fine tuned and saved the bed starting position just fine. Then it moves on to T1 and when it tries to print the zigzag pattern, the nozzle, which has not been changed, nor had the hotend messed with since purchase 2 weeks ago, DIGS INTO THE BED, tearing the PEI sheet. See attached image. I understand the need to recalibrate when you change a nozzle, and the process seems to work fine for the one changed (T0) but obviously something is way off now with T1.

I would highly suggest calling support and ask them to send you a new bed as well as help you understand why this happened..
