It sounds like the extruder is hitting the glass. Is that possible? All I did was change the skirt/brim settings?
Re: Prints pulling up at corners
Did you make sure that the plate was set down evenly on the bed and clamped down? (I've done it. One edge will not quite seat and it lifts the bed too high.)

So layers were going down, brim finally finished and then it started laying down first layer of building, and it was all stringy and didn't adhere to brim. Then supports didn't stick.
Is this because fan was off?
I'm loosing my mind

Ok it appears that it was the fan. I should not have turned her off. But box is still in place to keep a little warm.

What are you printing? PLA? (That doesn't want to be warm.)

Yes PLA. Everyone on here has a different opinion. The plate is not heated or on now. Fan was off, and it didn't work. I'm in a highrise in Colorado and it's kind of cold and drafty in here, even though heat is on. It's finally working now. Just hope to God it doesn't warp or I'm screwed for presentation tomorrow. Now the thing I'm concerned about is that brim doesn't fully surround the model supports. There is one row of supports that are no on top of the brim, they are directly on the blue tape. I had 12 outlines of brim, guess I should of done 20 or so. Fingers crossed.

It doesn't help that you're under a very short deadline...
If i had to get that knocked out in a hurry, and absolutely couldn't afford to have another bad print, i would:
1. Make sure i had the gap set correctly so that the brim is not being smeared out too thin to hold.
2. Use the fan and remove the box around the machine.
3. Use heat on the bed, about 50-60 degrees, because of the cold room.
4. Spray the ever living shit out of the tape with multiple heavy coats of hairspray, in addition to everything else, because it HAS to stick. (Matter of fact, it sounds like the tape is not sticking well enough, the heated bed is going to help that.)
5. I'd use a 1 layer brim with at least 24 outlines. You want the curling to happen on the very outside edges, if it's going to curl.
Good luck!
