Motors/filament drive not working

Motors/filament drive not working

Fan work, printer gets connected, temperature met at target but nothing moves, nothing prints. please help.

Printer is now online.

Have you checked to see if your 6-pin power connector is fully seated? It is possible to connect and heat your bed and hotend and not have any motor function.
