S3D freezes/not responding

Have questions or comments about Simplify3D, Slic3r, Cura, Reptier, etc? Or wondering about which CAD software to use...discuss it here...

One thing says consistent, if I open S3D and try the slice the part right away it does not work, but if I put a "simpler" part in and slice that first, the more complex part will slice. weird
