S3D Issues with new M2

Have questions or comments about Simplify3D, Slic3r, Cura, Reptier, etc? Or wondering about which CAD software to use...discuss it here...

Just an update..........I changed the FW to RepRap and it is preheating now automatically.

I'm not at my machine right now, so I can't check. But if there's a selection for "Marlin" firmware, that's the best one to use. RepRap would be the choice if Marlin in not available.

Yep, choosing the "RepRap (Marlin/Repetier/Sprinter)" option fixed my current problem. Thank you all for helping fix my issue!
