I think I've got it sussed now, cheers Jin.
A couple of reminders for others wanting to do the same: remember to reverse the infill angles on the second process otherwise you'll have two layers going in the same direction (like me!), and bump the first layer speed up to 100% as it's not actually the first layer.
S3D - Adjust coast distance after first layer
Re: S3D - Adjust coast distance after first layer
well I can't actually get the first layer of the second process to print in the opposite direction. I've tried reversing the angle from 45/-45 to -45/45 with no success, then tried 135/-135, again with no success. If anybody has managed to get this working, please let me know.
Re: S3D - Adjust coast distance after first layer
You cant manually adjust the angle for top and bottom layers only infill angles.
Re: S3D - Adjust coast distance after first layer
That'll be why then! Everyday is a steep learning curve in the world of 3D printing! Cheers Jim.
Re: S3D - Adjust coast distance after first layer
Print two layers instead of one in your first process.
