Got my second job to quote; is there any way at all to get an accurate time it will take to print?

My last job, I was off by about 33%! Any suggestions would be great!

Yep. Add 33% to the printing time quoted for prints under 3 hours. (I'm not kidding, that's what I do. ) 40% for 5 hours+. 50% for 8 hours+.

You can try a Marlin based gcode estimator: viewtopic.php?f=9&t=2785

It runs your gcode file through the Marlin firmware to get a more accurate estimate. It does not account for the warmup time, and if you have changed your acceleration settings and saved them to your EEPROM, it will be off. But it is probably the best you're going to be able to do.

I've fired up the web interface mentioned in that thread again, so give it a try if you like.
