Gcode for sending email or sms when printer done printing?

Some people use a remote webcam to monitor their print status. Is there a way where we can put G-code to send an text sms or email the status when the printer is done printing?

Nope -- you'll need to use something like OctoPrint with a "run after" script. GCode is far too simple of a language for that.
