Cleaning Tools Holder

Post by Jules » Tue Jun 09, 2015 6:53 pm

Worked this up to keep my print clean-up tools nearby, and not buried under a pile of papers on my desk.

It's a good color - hell of a lot better than the flat peach that we replaced it with. :D

Why so many flush cutters? Are they all different?

Only two of them are cutters, and they are a bit different. (My favorites by far are the C.H.P. ones with the red & black handles, but the other (Xuron) are sharper and cut a different way, and they sometimes come in handy for delicate little snips.)

The other three are tweezer nose pliers, one pair is flat, one has teeth, and one has a shorter snub nose, but gives better leverage. They all get used depending on what I'm trying to reach, or twist off. :)
