I picked up a pin vise for use with the drill bits...It has the jaws of a drill but the handle of a screwdriver..
I found it perfect for boring out the holes in the filament drive, so I thought I'd share!

Re: Tips for printing backup parts?
Well my 1st M2 behave weird for the last 2 prints ( missed step in x direction/ clogged extruder) which I was forced to emergency stop. At first I thought it was the belt/friction problem on X-axis, but from 2nd failure it seemed that the nozzle actually carved lines on the Aluminum bed! After a thorough inspection, I was managed to find that the extruder motor mount actually cracked at the right side, therefore the extruder is no longer secured.
Fortunately I own 2 M2s, so I used the other one to print the backup parts (In fact, the 2nd M2 also have half a crack at the same location. Quickly applied instant glue so that it doesn't fail me as well
)
Printed the replacement parts in white PETG. (just print it with what I am currently using) I suspect the crack could be a common flaw so suggest everyone to print an extra piece which might just come in handy someday.

Yes, very good advice! The motor mounts are under a lot of stress - it's an excellent idea to either keep a spare, or now you can buy a metal motor mount from MakerGear if you do not want to print one.
(Beautiful print job on that mount!)
