I orginally had no problem changing from the black PLA to my gray hatchbox ABS.
Then I swapped out to try out hatchox wood and hatchbox gray PLAY, no probs at all
Now I wanted to go back to the ABS after a week and I cannot for the life of me get it to take it in again.
I have my hotend set to 250 and I went back to PLA woth no problems.
The only thing I noticed is as it was trying to take in the ABS I seen little tiny ABS chips coming off it as it tried.
I tried to adjust the tension screw for a half hour straight with no luck no matter how much I adjusted it less or more.
Any help would be appreciated as I really like ABS much more then PLA

Yeah, definitely too much tension.
