To keep the corners from warping up - use Hairspray on the plate. Right on top of the Kapton. Or use PEI, which holds it very well.
PLA needs to cool off quickly to cut down on the warping. Lower the bed temp, 70° is too high. 50°-60° is good with hairspray. The lower the temp that you print at, the lower the bed temp, the less time that the PLA spends cooling off. Once it cools enough, it stops warping. So printing on the lower end of the suggested print temp range is a great idea with PLA.
And leave the door open on your enclosure when you print PLA. If you want it to not curl up on overhangs, point an extra fan at it.
