Taulman Alloy 910 Profile?

Post by KaiborgStudios » Wed Aug 31, 2016 9:38 pm

Just received my first spool of Taulman Allow 910. Would anyone be kind enough to share their profile?

Thank you!

I am impressed with Taulman's Alloy 910. Bed adhesion is excellent; PEI with PVA glue stick, 45°C bed temp. Prints are clean, minimal stringing, virtually no start/stop discontinuities. Printing at 260°C extruder temp with a V3; be advised I have checked my extruder temp with a thermocouple inserted in the heater block temp well and know it runs 8°F cooler than the control set point. I have attached a photo of a turbine wheel printed with these setting. Note that I have not optimized the bridging properties. I am starting with the settings given by jules for PETG.

This thread had been a good repository of filament success, (and some failure). viewtopic.php?f=11&t=1951&start=20
Please post to there as well and add any filament not already mentioned that you use.
