What is the problem with this print?

Is that ABS or PLA?

It sort of looks like some of my prints when I was using damp nylon. Layers were separated due to vapor replacing plastic at times and otherwise rough.

Have you carried out an extruder calibration? You may be under extruding, which can lead to a rough vertical surface texture. Also, if your nozzle is blowing off steam while printing, then your filament has picked up humidity from the air. Use a fresh batch while you dry it out.
