Yeah these bubbles are driving me nuts.
Anyone who's experiencing one will get repair or replacement free of charge. I think my fix for the existing sheets will be drilling through the PEI with a microscopic drill bit (I have some PCB bits that are about the diameter of a human hair). New sheets will use strips of adhesive instead of a single large sheet.

Re: More ABS Problems
My theory on this is that a previous print was centered on that spot and warp/stress in that part was pushing DOWN in this area while lifting around the edges. This is not a bubble, but a LOW spot in the PEI and it looks different because the adhesive sheet has been pressed tighter against the aluminum in that area.
It's not be a defect in the sheet, but just the result of pressure in a small area.
I have a second MIC6 sheet with no PEI that I use as reference for bed leveling. I also cook my PEI bed once in a while by putting it on the 'warming zone' on our electric stovetop. I don't know what temperature I hit, but based on my coffee temp when it's on there, I'm guessing it's around 180F. I put the PEI bed on the warming zone plastic side up, put the second MIC6 plate on top of it, and then put 20 lbs of sand bags on top of that. I'll let it sit there for several hours. Seems to flatten out the PEI sheet.
Might be that the heated bed of the M2 would work for this, but with some clamping rather than sand bags - wouldn't want to put 20 lbs on the M2 bed.
