Problem with Z axis

Hallo,

I bought a MakerGear M2, Im having a problem with Z axis, so everytime I try to make something the extruder goes 3cm above the bed.

Any ideas?

Did you buy a new M2 or did you buy it used? Which version of the machine did you get?

You will probably need to contact MakerGear Support, but you will need to tell them which version of the machine you bought. (It might be an incorrect driver.)
