I don't think I have the quick-start app any more, but I need to re level the bed. I can't seem to download it properly . . .
What's the best way to do this?

Download the app from here: https://www.makergear.com/pages/get-started
Extract the entire archive into a folder, not just the .exe, and run. You may need to re-register if you lost your activation key. Save the key somewhere as I think it does not change.
Are you getting any specific errors when trying to run it? What OS are you using? I also assume you are using an M2, not an M3.

Hello, and thanks for the response. I have redownloaded the app. I move the folder onto my dekstop and then run the exec file. I get a "Failed to locate Framework DLL" notice and then nothing.
It's Windows 10, and working on an M2.

Today it seems to be working. Totally weird. Mod, feel free to delete this message.
Thanks for all that helped!
