Burnt filament blobs ruining flexible filament prints

Post by bratan » Sat Oct 07, 2017 12:50 am

Hi,

I just got my M2 Rev E few days ago. I'm not new to 3D printing (I have Prusa i3 MK2s and couple of CR-10), but I'm having serious issue with printing white Cheetah (flex) material on this printer. What happens is it seems that nozzle collects filament and towards end of 4+ hour print it deposits nasty blob of burned blackened filament between layers :( I know it's common issue with PETG, but this is different filament. Any advise on what I can do to prevent this? Happened on two prints in the row at almost same exact spot...
