TPU Filament Drive Jammed

Post by javafuel » Tue Feb 13, 2018 2:11 am

I'm experimenting with this TPU filament https://goo.gl/iDUQVi, it's more like flexible PLA than true TPU. It prints very nicely, however filament drive would jammed randomly out of nowhere, see photo. Any idea how it would jammed like this?

I don't think you'll get TPU out of a V3a. The melt zone is too long.

The filament is sort of a hybrid between PLA and TPU, it's stiff and yet flexible. It printed nicely without problem after up the temperature from 185C to 210C.
