Go in your current process and export it just as it is. Zip it and post it here.

well as for the fan i dont see anything abnormal in the start gcode. if the fan is on though before you start the print then try removing the m400 and m108 command all together. as for the rest though, this appears to be for abs? do you get good prints with these settings? they seem to be a bit different than i am used to. just by looking i would guess you have prints loaded with little zits BUT maybe it works for your plastic who knows.

I know you answered this earlier, but from your description it is not 100% clear. You ARE talking about the extruder fan? The 40mm fan on top, and not the angled 50mm fan on the bottom? That one should never turn on after a print starts, and I'm surprised the Viki even has a control for it as the M code used to control it is not a standard code.

Yeah I get really good prints from these settings but if you have something better I would like to try it. And I am talking about the extruder fan I haven't ever used the other one because I don't use pla. The 50 mm fan isn't even on my machine. What is weird is the only thing I have done is load the pet+ settings and then reloaded the makergear m2 settings I use and now my fan won't stay on. In the viki LCD controller I go to the temp control and there is an option for fan speed it is now always at 0 and I have to turn it up to 255.

ok i have a feeling you have your 40mm fan plugged in to the connector for the 50mm fan. swap the connection and see what happens. i dont have a viki but when you change cooling settings you are controlling the bed fan. you should really have no control over the extruder fan. that is supposed to be on all the time.

man i wish it was that but i tried that first before posting. I am really confused by this. I have not changed any settings at all. The fan comes on like it is supposed too and then when the machine raises the bed to start the print the fan turns off and i have to manually turn it on. I have tried everything to get it back like it was. :(

ok go back to the stock makergear profile. go into s3d and remove the current profile. dont save it. in the dropdown menu choose the profile for the 24v m2. load a test model and see what happens.

umm to my knowledge you can t overwrite the stock built in settings in s3d. you are removing the profile then choosing this one right?

also the original starting gcode should look like this. confirm this is what you have.

also just to double check, go into s3c machine control panel, take the "set fan speed" slider and move it all the way to the right. does the fan come on? if your fan is hooked up right then it should not. if none of this work i dont know what to tell you. there is nothing else in the process setting that will control your fan other than an M108 command in your starting gcode. S255 is full on and S0 is off. M108 is extruder and M106 is the bed fan.
