Fingers crossed that it is fixed. I switched filaments and did some cold pulls, which hadn't worked with the pla+ I had loaded. This time, it cleared it. I'm looking into a box as we speak. Definitely a good investment. Thanks for the support. This is a great printer.

The problem persists, and I can see when it skips that the gear stops turning, so I imagine it is a problem with the extruder motor.

If the tension was too low, could the filament slip after lots of retraction? I've tightened the tension considerably, and I'm going to try again.
