LOL Ive been waiting for probably a year now since i first asked... what do they need to test!? just cut them to fit like the ...

Re: hotend thermostat issue
Are any of you guys having issues with your thermistors going out every 3 to 6 months? Thats about as long as they last for me. Mine just get flaky and cant hold the temps well but generally its been staying within 10c of the set temps... sometimes i can get away with it for a while but others it ju...

Re: Metal Extruder Motor Mount - availabile
Anyone mod the box yet?... It was nice to be able to flip the fans out of the way to clean or clear out the extruder but there just isnt enough wire length for them to move them.

Re: Securing your bed: Binder clips, none, or other?
I secure my PEI/GLASS/HEATER combo together with larger binder clips but its getting to the point now where I need something lower profile and less intrusive because they stick up just enough that my cooling duct hits them for the first few layers and I have to have at least 6 binder clips to hold ...

Re: Securing your bed: Binder clips, none, or other?
Since most of my prints are small the larger binder clips havent been a problem, when they are i just put them where they wont be in the way. But even just my bed corners without the binder clips its pretty well indexed in so i can print without them (with the glass), but the 1/4in pei requires the ...

Re: PEI Bed Surface

I plan to use it like i do my mic6 or the zebra plate and clamp it right on the anodized aluminium. it is a bit thicker then 1/4" maybe closer to .275 there is a rough side and a smoot...

Re: Securing your bed: Binder clips, none, or other?
Jimc, no hard feelings but I tried your corners but ended up making my own that just hold the hot plate down and the glass/pei sits on top with binder clips, needed something faster so i just swap the plates... I'm not the biggest fan of binder clips either but they are fast to remove and the pei wa...

Re: Securing your bed: Binder clips, none, or other?
Anyone able to find thicker gauge binder clips? using the medium binder clips and even they are a bit weak... I know they exist but just cant find where to buy them... office depot is the only place that advertises heavy duty binder clips but you can only order them online, which i will be doing but...
